Poor customer service. Called 4 times on a Friday. Somebody said: "Old World please hold" and left me on hold for 15 minutes.. this happened twice. Third and fourth time was the same but I didn't wait. The pizzas are very good, but don’t bather calling on a Friday.
Great tasting pizza at good prices and friendly staff.
This pizza is not freshly made, Old world pizza is selling reheated pizza. I am extremely disappointed that Old world pizza would sell such a bad product and have poor customer service.I ordered an extra large cheese pizza and a dozen garlic rolls over the phone. After picking up our order and a three minute drive from home to our greatest surprise, we received a cold pizza that tasted like cardboard and something else that had the shape of a small flat pizza but with no cheese with what appears to be garlic, definitely not the garlic rolls I ordered. I don't know what is going on with Old World Pizza, there used to be a time that they had the pest pizza in town, I guess they lost their touch or passion in making freshly made pizza, and decided to be in the business of selling reheated pizzas .
My favorite pizza EVER. Perfect amount of cheese, and sauce. Plus, their doe is unique and thin (traditional NYC style). I've never eaten inside the restaurant so I can only give a review on their delivery which is fair... usually around 30min to get my pizza. This is my go-to pizza place.
Great place to sit and have a nice genuine slice of pizza! They're sandwiches are very good too! In particular the prosciutto sand which is great! Very nice family friendly ambience and the owner is always there to greet you very politely. I have been coming here since they opened and I am very happy with their food and service. Thank you for such a good tasting and pleasant experience
